Top Performing CoolSculpting ® Providers to Qualify for Exclusive Marketing Programs, Rebates and Rewards
ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZLTQ), a medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing products utilizing its proprietary controlled-cooling technology platform, today announced the launch of Crystal Rewards, a multi-tiered customer rewards program in which ZELTIQ recognizes the most successful practices within the elite network of CoolSculpting Centers.

Crystal Rewards is comprised of three tiers – Crystal, Preferred Crystal and Premier Crystal – each with a distinguishing set of benefits based on CoolCard purchases. CoolCards are inserted into the applicator to authenticate each CoolSculpting treatment. Qualifying practices will receive rebates on CoolCard purchases ranging from 2.5%-20% as well as special designation and listing status on coolsculpting.com’s physician locator.
Additional Crystal Rewards benefits include in-office distinction, a multi-system discount, and social media co-promotion of educational Cool Events for patients. At the Premier level, practices will also receive rebates for patients, priority support and special warranty pricing.
